Place our RFID tags discreetly around your hotel, schedule your security staff to do regular patrols

• Check for food trays and trolleys left in corridors

Schedule your staff to make tours of your hotel on an hourly basis. Creating them a route to follow, and specific things to check along that route. Tapping each RFID tag as they go allows you to get them to take actions and confirm that everything is just as you have determined for your hotel.

Staff can fail a checkpoint for whatever reason, a tray has been left in the corridor and not dealt with, a light bulb is out in a corridor, or their is a mark on the carpet. You are immediately notified as well as your maintenance team. Those conducting the patrols are notified to check an issue reported on their next tour, if it is still an issue, you can choose to escalate it to ensure it is rectified.

Specify safety and security related areas to be checked, that fire escapes are accessible, fire extinguishers are present and that staff and private areas of the hotel remain secured.
