Place our RFID tags around your property in key locations or attached to things such as white goods, TV and furniture. The tags are discreet and can either be placed such as they will not be seen by your guests or in some circumstances allow them to be visible so that your guest can tap them with their mobile phone (without the need for an app), see your cleaning regime and when it was last conducted.

Cleaners tap those tags and are given a list of actions to complete, photographs can demonstrate to them how you want the presentation of your property to look and in turn you can configure it to require the cleaner to post a picture of how they have left the property. The cleaner can also conduct inventory checks through our inventory module that allows you to list the critical items in your property and have them checked off between each guest, you will get alerts to your phone if items are listed as missing or damaged so that you can take immediate action.

Similarly the you can also be notified by your cleaner or management company about maintenance issues at your property, a dripping tap, a slipped roof tile or a stained carpet, allowing you to then schedule maintenance to fit in with your diary of guests.

We are developing a door lock which will allow doors to be opened using our RFID technology and our mobile app. Give your guests access during the times which they are renting your property and automatically remove that access after their stay ends.
