We all know that construction and building sites are very active, dynamic places where hazards come and go depending on the work being done. On a construction or building site there are any number of risks which can be mitigated by using Tap n Act from Axsi. These can be from the mundane such as general site cleanliness, ensuring that rubbish is cleared, stock and equipment are left tidy and as such safe, that site signage is present and up-to-date and site security to ensure members of the public are not wandering around your site, through to the areas which are controlled by regulations such as LOLER, working at height, scaffolding, lone working and more.

All of these require the site management or safety officers to be on-top of both giving relevant actions to site staff to follow and also inspections to ensure that those safety instructions are carried out and that equipment remains safe.

Tap n Act allows you to build these actions and inspections and schedule periodic checks to ensure that you are both compliant to regulations and the sites are as safe as they can be. The system records all actions and inspections within its cloud database so that they can be easily reported on should they be needed.

We use bespoke RFID technology to ensure that the system is 100% verifiable, giving proof that actions and inspections have been carried out, who carried them out and presenting the evidence and data collected at that time. It can not be fooled or circumvented so is a very powerful tool to ensure compliance.
