Do you have regulatory inspection requirements?

All you need to do is Tap n Act

Tap n Act by Axsi is V2.0 of our inspection and action monitoring system. It uses our bespoke RFID technology and innovative IoT solutions developed from over 28 years of experience developing applications managing high risk, high value assets.

It is the most advanced system on the market for managing any kind of inspections or actions which need to be controlled, especially those which are regulatory or required by industry standard operating procedures.

Although the system is advanced, we have taken away the complexity, to allow you to do what you do, manage risks and ensure tasks are completed on time, every time.

Simple to use mobile app

A simple mobile app for iOS and Android devices enables any phone to scan our RFID technology. Staff are alerted when scheduled actions or inspections are due, and are taken through a simple wizard which you set up in the admin.

Show your staff exactly what you want them to do with images, and request that they provide you with comments and photographs of the work done or the item inspected to record the condition at the time.

Actions and inspections completed on time, every time

Powerful customisable & template driven application

Industry specific templates help you start with your regulatory inspections. However, the system is powerfully customisable, allowing you to build your own actions to suit your needs.

A simple to use visual wizard takes you through creating actions and detailing inspections, either from scratch or by cloning one of the templates and bespoking it to suit your needs.

Track actions, who, what, when and where

Checkpoints

Create checkpoints of critical items or locations within your venue where you want actions to be carried out. The cooker, door handle, fire door or fence on your scaffolding.

Tasks

Create scheduled/time dependant tasks for checkpoints, to ensure your standard operating procedures are followed and actions are completed. Clean the door handle, photograph the point on the scaffolding.

Inspections

Carry out inspections of your building, venue or site to ensure your specified standards are being met. The statutory measurements for fire doors, the safety inspections for LOLER, or the cleanliness of your kitchen.

Schedules

Schedule tasks hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Ensure your processes are completed on time every time and get alerts if they are missed. Ensure you meet the period inspections specified in the regulations.

Securely store records and automatically monitor compliance

100% SECURE RFID TECHNOLOGY

Attach our RFID tags to an asset or location, and create that as a checkpoint in the system. The checkpoint is then associated with actions, inspections and schedules, with the RFID tag interacting with the mobile application to ensure 100% verification of both accuracy and completeness. This technology can not be circumvented, copied or cloned unlike QR codes which are easily bypassed.

IoT SENSORS MONITOR & AUTOMATE TASKS

Many regulatory tasks can be automated and monitored using IoT sensors. Simple tasks such as measuring temperature of a cold room storage for HACCP or if a fire door is closed or open for fire safety. The sensors built into Tap n Act can also influence the schedule of inspections, such as determine if there have been high winds for scaffolding inspections or that a fire door is actually high traffic and needs more regular inspections.

SECURE CLOUD BASED REPORTING

All actions and inspections are tracked with the mobile application and the RFID technology. Who, When and where actions took place is recorded securely in the cloud database, with easy access for reporting. Not only this, but the cloud application monitors what actions and inspections should have been carried our and alerts you if they are missed or failed during those inspections.
